This project is designed to create a safe platform for open and healthy discussions on women’s rights and gender-based violence issues. The applicant envisages raising awareness on these issues through the following means: localizing the “Real Life Read” slug that covers stories of real women dealing with domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, unhealthy relationships, etc., and provides advice to women and girls how to avoid or handle similar situations; placing 1-3 social advertisements in each issue, which can be either an advertorial articles on various campaigns by local women’s rights NGOs or image commercials; starting an online article series on empowered and successful women and launching a new slug about local stories on violence in relationships and in family with the tips on how to overcome them both from the women’s rights and legal perspectives
