We, the undersigned Civil Society Organizations, call upon the international human rights community to demonstrate the leadership and commitment to the universality of human #rights and raise voice in the protection of the Armenian people of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh) and their fundamental rights.
We urge the international human rights community to take a strong stand against violations of human rights and humanitarian law and against war crimes committed by Azerbaijan.
