On November 19th at 5 p.m. at the Congress Hotel, Picasso Hall “Open Society Foundations-Armenia” (OSFA) will hold a panel discussion titled, “Academic Dishonesty in Armenian Higher Education System and the Bologna Process”. The discussion is organized in the framework of OSFA’s Policy Fellowship Program which aims to contribute to the development of collaborative culture amongst independent researchers, faculty, policy analysts, consultants and the Government for the formulation and implementation of more efficient policy alternatives in selected fields.
This discussion will provide a forum for different stakeholders to engage in informative and constructive dialog. Speakers include OSFA’s Policy Fellowship Program Fellows Kristine Antonyan (PhD in Economics), Yerevan State University, and Mkhitar Gabrielyan (PhD in History), Yerevan State University. Discussants will provide original quantitative and qualitative data along with targeted policy recommendations.
Panel discussion will be moderated by Mariam Matevosyan, Policy Fellowship Program Coordinator, OSF-A. Short presentations will be followed by a Q&A session and open discussion with RA Government agencies’, university quality assurance centers’ representatives, independent experts, researchers, faculty and students. Working language of the discussion is Armenian.
